Needing to request a notice to vacate?

Please log onto your tenant portal, under the contact us tab you can Request notice to vacate. Once that has been submitted we will send over a notice to vacate form via DocuSign.

The notice to vacate form sent via DocuSign by Liberty Key Realty is required to be completed by all financially responsible parties on the lease if you are planning to move out of your rental property.



To ensure a smooth process, I want to explain how the 30-day notice period works: If you plan to move out at the end of a specific month, your written notice must be given at least 30 days before the last day of the previous month. For example: If you want to move out on April 30th, your written notice must be submitted by March 31st. If your notice is submitted after March 31st (e.g., on April 5th), your move-out date will need to be at the end of the next month—May 31st—to meet the 30-day requirement. Please ensure your notice is submitted in writing by the appropriate date to avoid confusion or delays.
