• 1. How do I apply for a rental property?

You can apply online through our website. Each adult planning to reside in the home must submit a separate application and pay a non-refundable application fee

  • 2. What is the application process?

The process includes a credit check, background check, rental history verification, and income verification. Applications are processed within 2-3 business days.

Owners look for a credit score of 600+ with no rental judgments, evictions, or repossessions. You must make 3 times the monthly rental rate in income. Security deposit is usually equal to one month’s rent but could be up to two months’ rent depending on your credit and rental references.

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Late fees may apply if payment is not received by the 5th of the month.

We share the photos and notes from the move out inspection with the owners of the property and they will determine what if anything will be charged to the security deposit. The move out process can take up to 30 days or 60 days with an extension if the condition is not left in move in ready condition.
