Submit Maintenance Requests
How to Submit a Request:
• Log in to the Meld Portal to create a maintenance request through Property Meld.
• For emergencies (e.g., flooding, no heat in freezing weather, fire), call the office line to be directed on the next steps 910-292-4353
What Is an Emergency?
• Fire or carbon monoxide alarm sounding (call 911 first!)
• No heat during freezing temperatures
• Electrical hazards
• Flooding causing secondary damage.
Non-Emergencies:
• Cosmetic issues
• Minor appliance repairs
• Leaky faucets
